do you need a commercial pilot's license if you take photographs to use in your own biz, ie: a realtor taking pictures of listings to use. I don't sell photographs or take photos for anybody else. Seems to me, I read in the AOPA Pilot Magazine about a case involving this, but can't remember the FAA decision.
